These terms apply when you use shee.my and buy from SHEE by SHESHAWLS, operated by Shawls House Sdn. Bhd. (1170364-D). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get our confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
Prices and payment
Prices may be shown in MYR or SGD for convenience, but all payments are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. We do not offer interest-based instalments.
Changes after ordering
You may change your delivery address or the items in your order using Change of mind? in My account until your consignment note (airway bill) is printed. Removed items are refunded at the price you paid and added items are charged at the current website price; the shipping fee stays the same. Refunds are made to your SHEE Wallet, or to a bank account for orders delivered in Malaysia only. All change and refund requests are subject to our approval. See Change of mind.
Offers and member levels
The WELCOME offer (15% off website prices, except items on an extra promotion of more than 15%; an RM7.50 shipping voucher; and 100 points) is valid once, on a customer’s first order on shee.my, and not for agents. Member levels (Agent, VIP, Special promo, Regular) are given automatically from order history, and SHEE may review or change a level at any time. See member badges.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship after the period shown on the product page. If a pre-order is delayed beyond that period, we will contact you and you may choose a full refund.
Shipping, returns and exchange

Reward points
Customers earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on products (after discounts, excluding shipping) once an order is paid. 100 points can be redeemed for RM1 off a later order (200 points for RM1 for agents). Points earned on shee.my expire 1 year after the date of purchase. Points carried over from shawlshouse.com must be redeemed by 31 October 2026, after which they expire. Older points are used first. Reward points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted if an order is returned or cancelled.
Product colours
Our photos are taken in a studio under bright light. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
Using our website
All content on this website, including photos, designs and text, belongs to Shawls House Sdn. Bhd. and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. Please do not misuse the website or try to disrupt it.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as courier disruptions or public holidays.
