SHEE by SHESHAWLS is operated by Shawls House Sdn. Bhd. (1170364-D). We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email and order details.
- When you create an account: your login details, saved addresses, order history and reward points.
- When you browse: cookies that keep your cart, remember your currency and help us understand how the site is used.
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To manage your account and reward points.
- To reply to your messages and requests.
- To send updates on new arrivals and promotions, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with
Only with partners who help us complete your order, such as our payment provider and courier, and only what they need. Analytics and advertising partners receive the browsing details described under Cookies. We do not sell your personal data.
Signing in with Google
You can choose to register or log in with your Google account. If you do, Google shares with us only your name, email address, profile picture link and a Google account ID, and whether your email is verified. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files or any other Google data.
- How we use it: only to create your SHEE account or log you in to your existing one, and to send you order and account emails.
- Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share your Google account information with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Storage: it is stored with your SHEE account on our secure server for as long as your account exists.
- Removing access: you can stop using Google sign-in at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing shee.admin@gmail.com.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working.
We also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google (Google Analytics), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. They tell us which pages and products people look at, and whether our ads lead to orders. These tools receive details such as the pages you visit, the products you add to your cart, your order value and your device and browser, but not your name, address or payment details. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, without affecting your shopping.
Keeping your data safe
Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
